Beth Ward Francesconi is Senior Director, Internal Communications, Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&Co.) After 22 years working for a global public relations agency, she left to join a 166-year-old start-up -- native to California like herself. At LS&Co., Beth works on iconic, global brands focused on generating profits through principles with innovation and sustainability at the core of its business. And she gets to wear jeans and khakis every day.

Beth currently provides strategic business communications counsel for Chip Bergh, President and CEO of Levi Strauss & Co. and Michelle Gass, President of Levi Strauss & Co. She is responsible for communicating business strategy, executive and employee communications on behalf of both leaders.

As a seasoned, communications leader with more than 25 years of experience, Beth has worked on major consumer, technology and telecommunications brands. She’s launched corporate Internet and intranet websites. And she spent four years in digital recruiting.
Prior to joining LS&Co. in June 2014, Beth served as senior vice president and partner of FleishmanHillard where she started as her career as intern in the global St. Louis headquarters. She left the agency for one year to work for AxiCom, US, which is part of the Y&R Brands.
Beth graduated with a double major earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
