At NTT DATA, my mission is to lead business and employee transformation in the Americas, leveraging 20 years of diverse consulting experience at NTT DATA, EY, McKinsey & Co, and Accenture. My proficiency spans industries like mining, energy, consumer goods, manufacturing, and banking. Armed with a degree in Organizational Psychology, a Master's in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management, along with diplomas in Organizational Dynamics and Innovation Management, Iam actively passionate to contribute to gender diversity and leadership initiatives.

Featured speaker at conferences, including Digitalization in Mining Latin America 2023 and the 3rd Congress of Organizational Development LATAM 2023. Lecturer for the Cultural-Digital Transformation Diploma at UDD in 2019, the Inclusive Leadership Seminar at UAI in 2019, and the Master's in Digital Transformation at UDD in 2018.
