Jennifer Griffith is vice president of CommsTech & Analytics at UPS, overseeing the strategy, modernization and analytics side of the Global Communications team’s technology platforms that serve over 500,000 global employees and share company stories with customers and the public in 20+ languages.
Jennifer is an innovative leader who builds foundations for success – a trailblazer who creates high-functioning teams and programs to support enterprise priorities.
During her career, Jennifer led the effort to create a communications-wide digital asset management system, an employee social media advocacy program and a modern executive communications strategy for UPS’s 11th CEO. She also spent time on the Public Affairs side, communicating with employees about congressional awareness and UPS advocacy.
Today, Jennifer is overseeing the creation and continuing evolution of about.UPS.com, the global brand storytelling site where customers, investors, journalists, employees and the public consume stories about UPS. Communications uses the site as a global vehicle to drive UPS brand relevance.

A large part of her current role lies on the analytics side of Global Communications’ digital platforms to learn how content is performing with target audiences. She’s passionate about teaching other communicators how to draw meaningful insights from data – a necessity for any modern communicator.
Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia. She is also a graduate of Signature Leaders and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School Executive Perspectives Program.
