Kate leads the Digital Workplace implementation, strategy, and collaboration activities for Richemont North America, which includes aligning regional strategies to support group objectives. Kate became an avid usability advocate in 2001 when she applied user-centric design principles to create an award-winning lab instrument touch screen, despite a complete lack of scientific knowledge, while working at PerkinElmer. Over the last 15 years, her compassion for people and passion for technology have inspired her to create intuitive experiences for websites, intranets, and software applications for diverse audiences.  In her spare time Kate can be found tethered to a Vive VR gaming headset battling enemies and exploring new frontiers in the virtual world.
