Luis is a corporate communications professional with a proven track record of developing internal engagement and change management strategies for global organizations and their C-level suite executives. With solid knowledge and experience working with International Financial Institutions (IFIs), his work lies at the intersection of communications, employee experience, and organizational culture. He is currently the Team Lead of HR Communications at the Inter-American Development Bank. He is passionate about connecting pain points to solutions to improve how people feel and engage with organizations.
