Roxanne is an innovative and influential leader who has spent over two decades designing and implementing talent programs and People Analytics COEs for both high-growth and multinational organizations, championing the use of data to drive strategic decision-making globally. She takes an analytical yet creative approach to problem-solving and has worked extensively with mid- to executive level leaders to build and enhance strategic self-awareness through assessment feedback and coaching. Roxanne holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, is a founding member of the Hacking HR Experts Council, and was a recipient of the SIOP HRM Impact Award for her leading-edge work in evidence-based HR practices. Roxanne moonlights as Guest Faculty for the University of Cambridge People Analytics Programme and volunteers with animal rescue organizations in her spare time. Born and raised in Alberta, Canada, Roxanne currently resides in Austin, TX.
