I’m a tenacious, broad-based executive leader focused on people as well as creative, concentrating on the growth of the organization and the individuals within the Strategy & Design group, while also leading design teams through complex experience projects. I am devoted to support the career growth of my teams through direct project experience, training, mentorship and collaboration. In my nearly two decades of industry experience and leadership, it’s a responsibility I have embraced and was most likely born to do. In my current role, I have led design efforts as a Creative Director for a wide variety of clients including Discover, McDonald’s, Northwestern Mutual, Smiths Medical, Abbott, BCBS, AbbVie, Allstate and Walgreens.
