Our frontline employees (Sales force, as well as blue collar workers) have access to the intranet. However the biggest challenge is finding the time to use it. Which is why to truly reach our workforce we had to come up with a range of different ways to communicate. One of them is being on the ground to get to know them, train them and learn from them, and the second way is introducing podcasts that are created specifically for them. What has our approach brought?
