Currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Tyson Foods since April 2024, Vaden oversees talent strategies in Springdale, Arkansas. Prior to this, Vaden was the Director of HR Enablement at Gap Inc., where they led the establishment of the Brands HR Enablement team and implemented innovative tools to enhance operational efficiency. Vaden also served as the Director of Learning and Development at Gap Inc., crafting comprehensive field learning strategies and facilitating executive succession planning. At John Deere, Vaden was the Head of Learning and People Analytics, developing a global learning ecosystem. Vaden’s career began at Walmart, where he held various roles, including Director of the Merchandising Project Management Office.
