Curran Brugger has been VP Talent, Development & Inclusion at Gilead Sciences since 2020. In this role, she leads Gilead’s talent and culture strategies aligned with the business transformation efforts. Prior to this, she worked for almost two decades in various executive HR and talent positions in leading pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and AstraZeneca.
